the board includes:
- more varieties of cheese than i can think of
- some very un-paleo crackers and home made malted granary bread
- some frozen grapes (a revelation! just stick them in the freezer for a couple of hours or more)
- some medjool dates
- some figs i dehydrated in the oven myself. i think i sprinkled them with a little bit of cinnamon and a touch of olive oil and seasoning and then left them in a very low oven (less than 100C) overnight. they were intensely sweet and i kept popping back in the kitchen to eat some more)
- a sliced ripe pear
- there was a lot of red wine, you just can't see it.
then we all snoozed and watched rubbish telly.
